Grilled Szechwan Pork Ribs

  • 3 lbs (1.5 kg) baby back pork ribs, cut into serving size
  • 1 bottle (355mL) VH® Orange Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2 quarts (2L) chicken stock
  • 1 cup (250mL) VH® Szechwan Stir-Fry Sauce

  1. Place ribs in a large saucepan with chicken stock and VH® Stir Fry Orange Ginger Sauce and simmer for 40 minutes, or until tender.

  2. Remove ribs from stock and cool.

  3. Preheat barbeque to low. Brush the ribs generously with VH® Stir Fry Szechwan Sauce and slowly grill ribs until nicely browned about 15-20 minutes. Serve with extra sauce on the side, making sure to bring the sauce to the boil before serving.
