    Whisk together the yogurt, VH® Mango Curry Sauce and cilantro. Refrigerate until needed.


      Tips:

      Serve with Indian Vegetable Pakoras, or use as a dipping sauce for fresh veggies.

      For a thicker version, try draining the yogurt in cheesecloth set in a strainer over a bowl for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

      No time to drain yogurt? Try using Greek style yogurt or sour cream.
