Cherry and Vegetable Pork Stir-Fry

  • 1 lb. (500 g) pork loin cut into 1/2 in. (1.5cm) cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) each VH® Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce and VH® Cherry Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups (500 mL) snowpeas
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) fresh ginger grated

  1. Heat oil in a large wok (or non-stick skillet) on medium-high heat.

  2. Cook pork until browned well on all sides, about 10 minutes.

  3. Add peppers, ginger and snow peas and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Add VH® Honey Garlic Cooking Sauce and VH® Cherry Dipping Sauce, cook for another 3 minutes.

  5. Season to taste & serve.
